15. The permit holder must impose a rate of $3.45 per trip, corresponding to the pick-up charge rate fixed under section 60 of the Act respecting transportation services by taxi (chapter S-6.01). Any change in the pick-up charge rate fixed under section 60 of the Act automatically applies to the rate that the permit holder must impose.
